mGive is seeking a Lead Account Manager to join the Campaign Strategist team in our Denver, Colorado office. This position will provide hands-on account management and leadership to drive a team of 4 employees to create strong client relationships with non-profit clients using the mGive mobile solution set.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to Campaign Strategist team members to effectively coordinate and manage internal resources to exceed client expectations
• Evaluate team performance, drive customer service training and identify areas of performance requiring attention
• Become subject-matter expert on the multiple aspects of mGive solutions to clearly articulate our complete solution offering
• Deliver mobile marketing consultation to nonprofit clients by phone, web or in-person to identify core business issues and solutions using mobile programs and mGive tools
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients leading to renewals and upsells
• Conduct strategic account review sessions and make recommendations to clients by identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability within accounts
• Solicit client feedback and proactively prevent client issues to maintain highest level of satisfaction and retention
• Efficiently manage client escalations which may require interfacing with multiple internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Operations simultaneously
• Drive productivity of clients in adoption of programs and successful implementation of the mobile channel by participating in client kick-offs and various milestones through the implementation lifecycle and on-going client relationship
• Regularly identify and create client success stories by identifying client business issues and leading the development of a pipeline of solutions based on individual client needs
• Provide a strong lead on driving contract renewals by determining at-risk clients and developing plans to avoid contract termination
• Provide internal feedback on the introduction of new products and features
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must have at least 6 years of experience in client service/ account management; marketing and sales experience highly desired
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
• Ability to form strong relationships with key client contacts at all levels to provide consultative selling
• Ability to assess client requirements and identify issues to take appropriate preventative action
• Ability to see trends in data, understand origin of data and incorporate data into meaningful reports
• Ability to think and act in a strategic and tactical manner
• Enjoys creative, proactive problem solving
• Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent facilitation and teamwork skills
• Experience with mobile solutions a plus
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
