Account Executive Denver, Colorado

mGive is seeking an Account Executive to join the inside Sales team in our Denver, Colorado office.  This position will be an integral part of a small team of professionals responsible for achieving sales revenue goals using the mGive mobile solution set. 

Key Responsibilities:

·    Drive revenue to meet or exceed monthly targets through inside sales activities such as cold calling, closing inbound leads and prospecting for new clients
·    Use a consultative sales approach to nonprofit clients by determining client requirements in order to effectively communicate mGive’s value proposition
·    Sell through multiple decision makers including marketing, development and web/IT
·    Achieve and outstrip monthly sales goals by maintaining a robust sales pipeline and closing accounts
·    Maintain excellent team relationship with all departments to ensure sales are generated, processed and transitioned to Campaign Strategies team efficiently to achieve high client satisfaction and high rate of renewal
·    Create management reports, analyze performance, study market trends and recommend innovative company actions to senior management
·    Represent mGive at industry (nonprofit and mobile) events as needed

Qualifications:

·    Must have at least 4 years of experience in a proactive business development or sales role
·    Expert at cold calling prospective clients
·    Proven track record of successful closing using a consultative process
·    Inside telephone sales experience required
·    Ability to create demand through high activity and high energy
·    Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
·    Must be independent and self-motivated, but able to take direction
·    Excellent facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
·    Enjoys creative, proactive problem solving
·    Ability to build cooperative working relationships with all team members

•    Deliver mobile marketing consultation to nonprofit clients by phone, web or in-person to identify core business issues and solutions using mobile programs and mGive tools
•    Become a subject-matter expert on the multiple aspects of mGive solutions to clearly articulate our complete solution offerings
•    Build and maintain relationships with key clients by soliciting client feedback to maintain the highest level of satisfaction and retention
•    Conduct strategic account review sessions and make recommendations to clients by identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability within accounts
•    Efficiently manage client escalations which may require interfacing with multiple internal teams  including Sales, Marketing and Operations simultaneously

Director of Sales Denver, Colorado

mGive is seeking a Director of Sales to be the ‘hands on’ sales lead for National Account sales and direct the inside Sales team, manage the day to day operations and implement short and long-term strategy in our Denver, Colorado office.  This new position will sell directly and will also be responsible for leading a small team to achieve sales revenue goals using the mGive mobile solution set.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively design, train and coach a consultative sales approach
