Silver and Gold accounts receive an additional keyword to build a mobile database with a Mobile Opt-In campaign. There is no cost for messages from a supporter sent to an organization, but the messages sent from the organization come out of a “bucket” of free messages.

There is no charge for incoming messages from supporters.
